When you send a newsletter in Rumicat, several things happen behind the scenes to maximize deliverability: Content scanning - Before sending, Rumicat checks for patterns that might trigger spam filters (certain words, too many links). You'll see a warning if something looks risky so you can fix it first. Batch sending - Emails go out in batches. Larger lists take slightly longer, but delivery typically completes within a few minutes. Email authentication - Every email is properly authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. This tells receiving servers the email is legitimate and improves inbox placement. Automatic retries - If an email bounces temporarily (mail server having a bad moment), Rumicat retries automatically. Permanent failures (invalid addresses) are marked so you stop sending to dead addresses. If your emails land in spam for certain readers, it's often their company's email filters being overly cautious. Share the IT admin guide with them. |
