Hi. 2026 started with a bang! In januari, the team at Wintor has moved in with the good people of www.shosho.nl. Together we have created an immersive AR-experience for Portlantis, the visitor center of the Port of Rotterdam. Our year-long collaboration has now turned into something more permanent and we have moved all our non virtual stuff in with them at Asterweg 55 in Amsterdam-Noord. So while our developers continue to work on the platform, we now have a few dozen friends pushing the boundries of 3D animation, video and interactivity in our app... Nothing like some friendly feedback at the lunch table 🌵. Over the past years we have been working to create a platform that lets people create experiences and tours for everyone to explore. We have seen wonderful tours across Europe, both by museums and independent creators. But we also recognize that we can help people get more out of the platform. So that is what we will focus on in the coming months:
Over the next months we will also put a fresh coat of paint on the website and the app itself. No deadline yet, but we have started the journey 🎒. See you next month. Harold
