Where we fall off the edge of the earth...

Oct 25, 2026

Dear Yogi friends,

Goodness me. Where does time go?

I feel terrible that I got everyone together for our restorative class at the beginning of September (which by the way was LOVELY and thank you to all who joined me and made time for yourselves) and then promptly fell off the edge of the earth.

Life took a few twists and turns (doesn't it always) and I was also finishing up a rather intense teacher training and and and...

When life feels like it's running away or slipping through my fingers, I try to dig deep into my yoga practices. It's not always easy, but yoga has helped me through:

🧘 Feeling lost and overwhelmed with indecision
🧘 Held me in times of grief and illness
🧘 Kept me going by encouraging me to step on my mat (mostly) every day.

Yoga gives me a solid foundation upon which to stand.

Always.

And rise up after falling down.

Always.

So right now I'm rising up...slowly getting my flow back...and I wanted to let you know that I'm sporadically sharing previously recorded practices on my YouTube Channel and Facebook Page.

🩵 Do come along and subscribe / like / comment / share with friends.🩵

I would appreciate your support as I do my best to spread the healing message of yoga.

In fact, this very morning I have re-shared a 🌟 20 Minute Harmonium & Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Journey 🌟 which I hope you'll enjoy on this (hopefully) sleepy autumnal Sunday.

In other news...

I was very pleased to recently graduate from a three month online Yoga Teacher Training with the wonderful Sivananda Yoga Centre in Gurgaon, India. It's been an intense three months but as this traditional and holisitic style of yoga has been my own personal practice for the past few years, I knew I just had to take the opportunity to go deeper.

With such highly revered teachers as Arun Pandala, Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga) and one of the senior-most Sivananda Yoga teachers in India and Dyutima Goel, a seasoned yoga teacher and Vedic chanter, along with my Yoga Philosophy teacher, Raghav Kumar, who comes from a family lineage steeped in the Vedic tradition, it was an opportunity not to be missed. I'm so glad I went for it and soon enough I plan to be weaving these teachings into my own offerings.

⬇️ Spot me in the class of 2026!

This now makes me a yoga student with officially 700hrs of study and training behind me, with many more hours clocked up in my less formal—but no less important—weekly Yoga Philosophy and Sanskrit classes. I do hope this will encourage you to feel a sense of trust in my guidance and offerings.

More soon dear yogi friends, but for now I hope autumn is unfolding slowly and beautifully for you.

With love,

Alice 🙏🏻
