You bring the photos, we make the book

Writing in your book - the one we teased last month is live. Tap a page and tell the story behind the photos, in your own words and in a font you pick.

New covers - the ones we promised in June are here. Pick a design, put your own photo on the front, add your own title, and choose the colour. Every book now looks like yours and nobody else's.

Better layouts - your photos sit on the page better now. Wide shots can run right across a spread, any photo can have a page to itself, and crops centre on the subject instead of cutting people's heads off.

Here's how one comes out, writing and all:

We pick your best photos - you came home with two thousand holiday photos and you have opened them exactly once. Drop the lot in and we clear out the blurry ones and the nine near-identical shots of the same sunset, then hand back the keepers. You still decide what stays, and your photos never leave your laptop.

It becomes part of the app later, but it's a separate tool you can play with already. Try it here.

Paste a link, get an embed - most of you did not know Rumicat could embed things at all. Now paste a YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok or Apple Music link and it offers you the embed option right there.
